This month we celebrate our 20th year of publishing building permit information as a source for new project leads including statistics and reports on the local building activity for contractors, subs and suppliers in the construction industry.
In the last 20 years, we have been able to expand and grow our services and now our business covers every major Western US market. An accomplishment that would have been hard to imagine back in 1989 when we saw an opportunity for a business that could provide accurate, timely and complete information on new construction jobs. The risk paid off as we found that the information on the new projects each week, especially for the residential jobs, was a tool that was in demand and needed in the industry.
Over the years we have seen a lot of changes in the way we collect, edit and publish the information. We have gone from hand writing everything down, to the first laptop computers then portable scanners and finally to the latest in digital images and information transfers made possible by Internet technologies.
We want to thank our customers for being such a big contributor to our success. Serving our customers, helping them find new work, and treating them with the utmost respect and kindness will always be our mission.
