One of the reports that we produce for our customers is our Quarterly Summary Report. This report breaks down the activity in the area for the year-to-date as of the previous quarter's end.
Each city and their permit activity is broken down into the respective construction type categories so you can see what type of building is happening in each city and easily compare the activity between jurisdictions.
I have just made a copy of our San Francisco 4 market area report available for you to view free of charge. This data would normally cost you $960 for the 4 markets, but hey, it's Valentines Day and I wanted to "share the love!"
